Frog Squad #3 Sink or Swim

By Kate and Jol Temple

This excellent series continues to delight and engage emerging and reluctant readers in the adventures of a team of elite rescue frogs who we first met in Frog Squad 1 Dessert Disaster, and got to know better in Frog Squad #2 Bungle in the Jungle.
In this episode our fabulous four have an important visitor, none other than that famous explorer Dr Goldie Leapfrog. She has exciting plans to explore a famous wreck but gets lost instead in the Bermuda Triangle. Of course their arch enemy, Professor Cain, the evil mastermind behind TOADS (The Organisation of Amphibious Devious Scoundrels) enters the scene with his own dastardly plans. It is up to the Frog Squad to come to the rescue.
Full of jokes, frog facts, general knowledge and gentle environmental themes this is an easy and attractive read, a perfect balance between exhuberant  illustrations and graphic novel elements, and normal paragraph text for children aged 6+.
